These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Elevyn Enablement (registration number 2018/616974/07), referred to in these terms as “Elevyn”, “we” or “us”. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content, design, text, graphics and logos on this website belong to Elevyn Enablement or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the website in a way that is unlawful, harmful or disrupts its operation.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

4. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
5. Service and product information
Information on this website is provided for general purposes. Descriptions of Elevyn HCM modules that have not yet been released describe planned functionality; planned features, scope and timing may change and do not form an offer. Service capabilities are confirmed in individual proposals and agreements.
6. No guarantee of availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date.
7. Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided “as is” for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevyn is not liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any information on it, or from reliance on that information.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, where they apply. Any services we provide are governed by the specific agreement for those services.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated terms. This version is effective from 18 October 2026.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
