LMS questions
Is Elevyn LMS our own product?
Yes. Elevyn LMS is built and supported by Elevyn. It is also the Learning module of Elevyn HCM, and is available on its own today.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Elevyn LMS is set up with your logo, colours and language, so learning feels part of your organisation.
Can we upload existing courses?
Usually, yes. Standards-based content such as SCORM packages, documents and video can typically be loaded. We review your existing content during setup to confirm compatibility.
Can you move us from our current LMS?
Yes. We help migrate courses and learner records from an existing platform, and assess what can be moved — and what should be cleaned up first — during setup.
Can learners receive certificates?
Certificates can be issued on completion of courses or learning paths, and can be configured with your branding.
Can the LMS support external learners?
Yes. Customers, partners, contractors and members can be given access, with separate content and permissions configured based on your requirements.
Can we track compliance training?
Yes. Compliance learning can be assigned with due dates, and completion and overdue status can be reported. We’ll show you the recertification options in your demo.
Can it integrate with other systems?
Integrations such as single sign-on or HR system data can be discussed during setup. What’s feasible depends on your existing systems, so we assess this early.
Can Elevyn also develop the training content?
Yes. Our e-learning development and learning experience design services can create the courses and programmes that run on your LMS.
Can learners use Elevyn LMS on their phones?
Elevyn LMS is designed for mobile-responsive access, so learners can use phones and tablets as well as computers.
