Elevyn HCM is our modular workforce platform: one connected place for the employee journey, from recruitment to exit. We are releasing it in stages so each module can be properly built, tested and supported before the next one arrives. This update sets out where things stand today.
Live now: Learning
The Learning module is available today. It brings learning management into the HCM platform — learning paths, compliance learning, development and certifications — and it draws on our experience implementing learning platforms for organisations.
Launching 14 January 2027: Recruitment, Onboarding and Core HR
The next release brings three modules that work closely together, covering the journey from vacancy to productive team member and the employee record that every other module relies on.
- Recruitment — job requisitions, candidate management, interviews, offers and talent pools.
- Onboarding — preboarding, onboarding workflows, documents, induction, tasks and probation.
- Core HR — employee records, positions, departments, organisational structure, contracts, employee documents and self-service.
Releasing these together matters: a hire flows into onboarding, and onboarding creates the employee record, without information being captured twice.

- Talent — skills, talent reviews, succession, career paths and development.
